Dr. Andrew Leung

Dr. Andrew Leung is a graduate of the School of Optometry, University of Waterloo.  During his various internships, he has had clinical experience in Fort Myers, Florida, Hong Kong, and Waterloo, Ontario in the areas of :

• Primary Care
• Ocular Health and Therapeutics
• Paediatrics
• Contact Lenses
• Binocular Vision
• Low Vision
• Refractive Surgery Co-Management

He is board certified by the Examiners in Optometry in Canada, and the use of Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA) in Canada. He is also accredited by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO), as well as the Treatment and Management of Ocular Diseases (TMOD) and in the United States.  In addition, he is a registered prescriber and vendor of the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) in Ontario, serving low vision patients and a prescriber of visual aids.

Dr. Leung has been working in the Bloor-Yorkville area since 2001, and has worked closely with area family physicians, paediatricians, and eye surgeons. He is also the senior partner of Vaughan Mills Eye Clinic in Vaughan, ON Additionally, he also holds the position of Senior Associate Optometrist at the prestigious Herzig Eye Institute in Toronto, providing pre and post-operative care for LASIK, PRK, ICL and refractive lensectomy patients.
